A Sunday Wedding
I’ve DJed my fair share of Sunday weddings – popular to what you might believe, they are great! There’s an easy going feeling to Sunday weddings. Saturday will always remain the supreme party night, but there’s something magical in celebrating on a Sunday afternoon. Couples often have a better chance of securing the perfect venue, photographer and/or DJ. To prove my point I’d like to share Chantele and Anthony’s perfect Sunday wedding.
The DJ’s Recap
That weekend I had two weddings, but fortunately, Austin, my second DJ, was there to help with both. Chantele and Anthony’s wedding was the second of the two on Sunday. The ceremony and reception took place at the amazingly beautiful Living Room in Omaha. The ceremony was outside with the Omaha skyline in the background. A string duet provided by Star City Strings serenaded guests throughout the ceremony. Everything went flawlessly and just like that Anthony and Chantele became Mr. and Mrs. Coffman.
Austin introduced the bridal party as they walked out to “Omaha” by Counting Crows. Guests enjoyed some drinks and good background music until mealtime which was provided by All Inclusive Catering. After a delicious dessert and toasts from both sides, the celebration continued into the dance.

Bride & Father Dance: Wonderful Tonight
These friends and family sure knew how to have fun! Guests danced, laughed and posed in front of a backdrop provided by Snap Omaha Photobooth. Austin and I kept the vibe going strong all night. Requested jams ranged from “Chantilly Lace” by The Big Bopper to “Hot in Herre” by Nelly. Before we knew it, another stunning Sunday Wedding came to an end.
